Bobbie Bunny Teether
The Bobbie Bunny teether is designed to accompany a baby’s teething journey. It contains different textured areas to support the different stages of teething, soothing the baby’s tooth and gum pain. It’s made of certified silicone materials that make it both safe and hygienic to use.
Bobbie Bunny’s tummy design creates an easy grip for the child, whilst allowing the design to Twist and Bounce, transforming teething time into a playful adventure.
Character Design
Brush-Baby asked us to develop their new brand character – Bobbie Bunny. It had to represent the brand’s ethos and feel unique.
Our design team used sketching and CAD to explore several fun and engaging concepts to achieve a relatable and appealing character for the little ones.
Prototyping and Safety Testing
We utilised our in-house SLA 3D printing machine to produce silicone prototypes of the design.
These were crucial tools to evaluate not only the functionality and aesthetics of the Bobbie Bunny Teether’s design, but also essential to run safety checks on the product, including ones related to choke hazard standards.
Mass Manufacture Ready
Working with a successful brand like Brush-Baby, that already sells dozens of products in shops like Boots, Tesco, Amazon and Morisons, meant that mass production processes had to be considered from the start to ensure a smooth transition to production.
